YieldMaster ("the App", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

房產金管家（以下簡稱「本應用」、「我們」）致力於保護您的隱私。本隱私政策說明我們如何依據中華民國（台灣）個人資料保護法收集、使用、儲存及保護您的個人資料。

2. Data We Collect · 2. 我們收集的資料

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account information: email address, encrypted password (managed by Firebase Authentication)
• Property data: address, purchase price, market value, acquisition date, and related details you enter
• Financial data: mortgage details, rental income, expenses, tax-related data
• Tenant data: tenant name, lease terms, payment records
• Device data: device type, OS version, app version (used for crash reporting and compatibility)
• Usage analytics: anonymous, aggregated feature usage statistics (no personally identifiable information)

• 帳戶資訊：電子郵件地址、加密密碼（由 Firebase Authentication 管理）
• 房產資料：地址、購入價格、市場價值、取得日期及您輸入之相關資訊

• 裝置資料：裝置類型、作業系統版本、應用版本（用於當機報告及相容性）

3. How We Use Your Data · 3. 資料使用方式

Your data is used solely to:

• Provide and operate the App's features (portfolio tracking, calculations, reports)
• Verify your identity and protect your account
• Improve app performance and fix bugs
• Send service-related notifications (if enabled)

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

您的資料僅用於：

• 提供及營運本應用之功能（投資組合追蹤、計算、報表）
• 驗證您的身分及保護您的帳戶安全
• 改善應用效能及修復錯誤
• 傳送服務相關通知（若啟用）

我們不會將您的資料用於廣告、個人檔案建立或自動化決策。

4. Data Storage and Security · 4. 資料儲存與安全

• All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS
• Server-side data is stored in a secure cloud database with access controls
• Passwords are managed by Google Firebase Authentication using industry-standard scrypt hashing — we never store or access your plaintext password
• Authentication tokens are stored on your device using platform-secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore via expo-secure-store)
• User preferences are stored locally on your device
• We implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures, but no system can guarantee 100% security

5. Third-Party Services · 5. 第三方服務

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase Authentication — for account management and authentication
• Apple App Store / Google Play — for subscription and payment processing
• RevenueCat — for subscription management

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We do not share your property, financial, or tenant data with any third party.

我們使用以下第三方服務：

• Apple App Store / Google Play——用於訂閱及付款處理
• RevenueCat——用於訂閱管理

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• To protect our legal rights or safety
• With your explicit consent

我們不會出售、出租、交換或分享您的個人資料予第三方，除非：

• 依法律、法院命令或政府機關之要求
• 為保護我們的合法權益或安全
• 經您明確同意

7. Data Retention · 7. 資料保留

We retain your data for as long as your account exists. After account deletion, all your personal data — including property records, financial data, and tenant information — will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days. Anonymous, aggregated analytics data may be retained.

我們在您的帳戶存續期間保留您的資料。帳戶刪除後，您的所有個人資料——包括房產紀錄、財務資料及租客資訊——將於 30 日內自我們的伺服器永久刪除。匿名、彙總之分析資料可能會繼續保留。

8. Your Rights Under PDPA · 8. 您於個資法下之權利

Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

• Access and review your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Request that we stop collecting or processing your data
• Request a copy of your data

To exercise any of these rights, please contact support@circlesocial.site or use the in-app account deletion feature.

依據台灣個資法，您有權：

• 查詢及閱覽您的個人資料
• 要求更正不正確之資料
• 要求刪除您的資料
• 要求停止收集或處理資料
• 要求取得您的資料副本

9. Children's Privacy · 9. 兒童隱私

The App is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

本應用非供未滿 18 歲之個人使用。我們不會故意收集未成年人之個人資料。

10. International Data Transfers · 10. 國際資料傳輸

Your data may be stored on servers located outside Taiwan. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your data to servers in other jurisdictions under appropriate safeguards.

您的資料可能儲存於位於台灣境外之伺服器。使用本應用即表示您同意在適當安全保障措施下，將您的資料傳輸至其他司法管轄區之伺服器。

11. Changes to This Policy · 11. 政策變更

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

我們可能不時更新本隱私政策。重大變更將透過本應用通知。變更後繼續使用即視為接受。
