1. Acceptance of Terms · 1. 接受條款

By downloading, installing, or using the YieldMaster application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

歡迎使用房產金管家（YieldMaster）。下載、安裝或使用本應用程式，即表示您同意受本使用條款（以下簡稱「條款」）約束。如不同意，請勿使用本應用程式。

2. Description of Service · 2. 服務說明

YieldMaster provides Taiwanese real estate investors with tools for portfolio tracking, yield analysis, tax calculations, tenant management, and other financial analytics. The App is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, or investment advice.

房產金管家為台灣房地產投資者提供投資組合追蹤、租金分析、稅務試算、租客管理等財務分析工具。本應用程式僅供資訊參考用途，不構成法律、稅務或投資建議。

3. Subscription and Payment · 3. 訂閱與付款

• The App offers a 1-month free trial. After the trial, a subscription is required to continue using full features.
• Subscription options: NT$499/month or NT$3,490/year.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

• 本應用程式提供 1 個月免費試用，試用結束後需訂閱才能繼續使用完整功能。
• 訂閱方案：月繳 NT$499 / 年繳 NT$3,490。
• 付款將透過您的 Apple ID 帳號或 Google Play 帳號扣款。
• 除非您在當期結束前至少 24 小時取消，訂閱將自動續訂。
• 您可以隨時在「設定 > Apple ID > 訂閱」或 Google Play 中管理或取消訂閱。

4. Account Responsibilities · 4. 帳號責任

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must register with accurate information.

您必須負責保護您的帳號憑證，並對所有透過您帳號進行的活動負責。請使用真實且準確的資訊註冊。

5. Not Professional Advice · 5. 不構成專業建議

Tax calculations, ROI analysis, and other financial computations provided by the App are for reference only. Results may differ from actual outcomes. Consult a qualified tax advisor, accountant, or attorney before making any major financial or legal decisions.

本應用程式提供的稅務試算、投資報酬率分析及其他財務計算，僅供參考。所有計算結果可能與實際情況不同。在做出任何重大財務或法律決定前，請諮詢合格的稅務師、會計師或律師。

6. Intellectual Property · 6. 智慧財產權

All content, design, trademarks, and code in the App are owned by YieldMaster and protected by copyright law. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

本應用程式的所有內容、設計、商標及程式碼均為房產金管家所有，受著作權法保護。未經書面同意，禁止複製、修改或散布。

7. Disclaimer of Warranties · 7. 免責聲明

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or that the App will meet your specific requirements.

本應用程式按「現狀」提供，不提供任何明示或默示的保證。我們不保證本服務不中斷、無錯誤或符合您的特定需求。

8. Limitation of Liability · 8. 責任限制

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YieldMaster shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to financial loss or data loss.

在法律允許的最大範圍內，房產金管家對於使用或無法使用本應用程式所產生的任何直接、間接、附帶或衍生性損害概不負責，包括但不限於財務損失或資料遺失。

9. Termination · 9. 終止

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time via the in-app "Delete Account" feature.

您違反本條款時，我們有權暫停或終止您的帳號。您可以隨時透過應用程式內的「刪除帳號」功能停止使用本服務。

10. Changes to Terms · 10. 條款變更

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

我們可能會不時更新本條款。重大變更將透過應用程式內通知或電子郵件告知您。繼續使用本應用程式即表示接受變更後的條款。

11. Governing Law · 11. 準據法

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

本條款受中華民國（台灣）法律管轄。
